What is Virtual Care?

Virtual care is an all encompassing term that describes how a health care provider interacts with their patient remotely. This may include the use of telemedicine, live video, audio and instant messaging.

What is Virtual Care?

The CoVID pandemic has forced Physiotherapy clinics to rethink how they deliver care to patients.   Patients continue to require care for issues that a Physiotherapist can help with, but they cannot physically see the Physiotherapist for many reasons - why not use technology to help bridge a face-to-face visit.

We secured access to our virtual platform simply because it was secure, and easy to use.  One simple click lets you interact with the clinician.  All you need is an iPhone (Generation 7 or later), or a device which has Google Chrome as a browser.
